Development Experience

San Jacinto Realty Services, LLC is a Real Estate Development Company specializing in the development of multi-family communities located around the state of Texas. After 20 years of real estate finance experience, Albert E. Magill, III entered into real estate development as an independent consultant.  His experience was instrumental in the development of four communities containing 599 total units.  These initial communities are now completed and operating in accordance with LIHTC guidelines.  After forming the Development Company in 1996 twelve additional developments containing 2,048 units have either been completed or are in various stages of development.

San Jacinto Realty Services, having Albert E. Magill, III as its principal, has acted as General Partner on each of these developments.  San Jac Development, LLC was formed to act as a fee Developer and asset manager for San Jacinto Realty Services, LLC and other third party clients.  The recently completed Longhorn Crossing with its 240 units is now leasing with stabilization estimated in September 2016.  Future plans call for San Jacinto Realty to begin its newest venture in southwest Austin with the proposed 270 unit Deerbrook Crossing at Lakeline scheduled to start construction in early 2017.
